Face it, know it, so that you can work with it!
Change your STATE!
Look at what is going to benefit you and how to change how you are feeling now.
Remove finger from bum-bum
State is changed - GET SOMETHING DONE! 😉
Day 2 - Positive Mental Attitude
How and why do you Procrastinate!
Knowing this can give you so much awareness! Keep a track of when you are doing it and what you are thinking.
How and why you keep yourself BUSY!
Changing this can give you back so much time and energy. Take back control of what you WANT to do.
Removing the negative self-talk
Talk to them, tell them the best and the worst scenario for a bigger and better outcome.
Day 3 - Be Productive and Accountable!
Choose how being Productive makes you FEEL
This is key to keeping you on track with the positive thoughts of what you WANT.
COMMIT to your future success
You know how to not stay stuck. Now what? Commit and make a plan to be productive, because it FEELS SO GOOD!
